These points are very true. We can offer the opportunity for experience, but the consumer/user/customer creates the experience. It also isn’t about print vs web it is about BOTH or ALL!!!! The struggle with print land that I often experience, is the red headed step child named digital. The best of all worlds, for the most complete and unique experience possible is what I am preaching.
